Introduction

 

Amélie Lachapelle has a Master Degree in Law (University of Louvain). During her Master Degree, she chose subjects covering specially Public Law.

 

She started to work at the University of Namur in September 2013, as Teaching Assistant for the course "Sources and Principles of the Law". From that moment, she is researcher at the CRIDS. She is also member of the CRECO (Research Center about the Constitution and the State - UCL).

 

Since October 2015, she is Doctoral Researcher Fellow F.R.S.-FNRS. She is doing a thesis in Constitutional Tax Law and ICT Law, about the respect for fundamental rights in the processing of informations for tax purposes.
