    Ik zal kort eigen onderzoek presenteren over het taallandschap in Brussel, namelijk reacties op de "Bilingual winks of clins d'oeil bilingues" (zie werk van P. Lamarre in Montréal): BOZAR, BOOTIK en CINEMATEK. Ik wil tonen hoe (officiële) creatieve "meertalige" namen/logo's plaats bieden voor conflict en compromis ("tant un espace de conflit que de compris"), boze en nare associaties oproepen bij de ene, positieve en humoristische reacties bij de andere, hoe taal met identiteit verbonden blijft (of niet), meertaligheid angstaanjagend is of bejubeld wordt en de vraag stellen of men in Brussel soms niet onterecht problemen ziet waar er eigenlijk geen problemen zijn. Hopelijk food for thoughts.
