The seminars, given by Prof. Luis Nunes Vicente from the University of Coimbra, provided a concise introduction to the state of the art in this field. The courses were held at the Université Catholique de Louvain and organized by the Graduate School in Systems, Optimization, Control and Networks (SOCN).
