Description

Remote Entrepreneurial Ecosystems Lecture, John Cabot University, Rome. In this lecture, we shall define the two decision-making logics of causation and effectuation, and consider whether their interaction may help in developing a successful innovation strategy. The discussion is developed with a focus on Small and Medium-sized Enterprises (SMEs), and distinguish between stable and dynamic market environments. The analysis will then be substantiated with the results of an empirical research that has been conducted among Belgian SMEs.
